"We had a wonderful stay at this resort- all the staff was amazing!! We loved Oscar and Adriana! They always took special care of us! Food at the buffet and all 4 restaurants was great! Felt very safe and there was always something to do, but areas that were designated also for quiet times- if you prefer. The beach was very nice and the pools were great for kids and adults! We will definitely be back! "

"They were very friendly when they greeted us when we arrived a bit earlier than check-in and our room wasn’t ready yet. They invited us to have a mini massage which was nice then we got our hotel key bracelets and had to access to the pools. Our room had a nice view and we were able to pick the style of feather pillows we wanted firm or light. They also gave us scented incense and that we could pick the smell we wanted, which was a nice way to relax. We had dinner at their lounge restaurant,...
