"This is not a luxury hotel, but I am not on vacation. I am traveling from point A to point B and need a clean, safe place to spend the night. This hotel meets those needs. My only complaint is that there was no hot water in the shower - there was only cold and less cold. Don't understand why that was the case since there was hot water from the bathroom sink."
