"Very cool and unique hotel. We came in late and they were very accommodating. For a hotel built in 1885 it was super clean and captured the historical essence. Bed and bedding were amazing. Great bar, Phatsy Klines. Ramen House, Kokomo, was delicious."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn in Arcata. The room was well-designed and nicely lit. There was plenty of free parking and the hotel was close to the freeway and to lovely stretches of forested areas, but not so close that I was constantly aware of traffic. The bathroom was well appointed, and the towels didn't have that threadbare feel that some hotels have. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room(s) were clean and close to the downtown area. Parking was good and the only complaint I could have is that the area around it was a little on the sketchy side. It is close to a co-op grocery store, the bay and lots of shops to explore. This isn’t a luxury hotel but it was comfortable and clean."
