"Wonderful stay at Free People Riad & Spa. The riad is beautiful, elegant, and full of character, while still feeling intimate and cosy. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to assist with taxis or anything else we needed. It is tucked away in a quiet alley at the top of the medina, but still just a short walk to the markets and main square. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh."

There was a hairdryer, no tv, private bathroom and a balcony to hang out on. Sometimes you could hear noise from outside but it’s a very quiet street overall, and we were on the ground floor so it was not a problem. Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...

"The staff were excellent. Amine met us from the taxi and helped us with translation and directions. He was there to help every day. Sada and Fatima always asked how we were and always made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening meal. The Riad is very nice and we felt safe there. The nearby buildings have been affected by the earthquake in 2023 but the Road Sable Chaud didn't seem to have been affected. "

"The Riad was lovely, on a side street from the bustling Medina. The 2 rooms we stayed in had sufficient space, comfortable beds and was lit well enough. The restaurant is a definite recommendation (book ahead of time), we had the best tajine of our trip there. But what really set the riad apart, was the helpfulness of the personnel: early breakfast for day trips, keeping our luggage secure, local recommendations, ... The courtyards with plants, bird aviary and swimming pool as well. the staff were friendly and served us a great breakfast overlooking the courtyard.
