"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

"This inn was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The inn is located a short 5 minute walk from Thames Street and America’s Cup Avenue which was very convenient for enjoying Newport."

"Stayed here for a week, and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were all very kind, and helpful. We found the rooms to be nice and clean, and comfortable. Loved the little cafe downstairs, Darcy made us an iced coffee most mornings of our stay, she made a great coffee a d we loved chatting with her. The prices were affordable and it was in a nice quiet location."
