"This was our third weekend in a row staying at Heart House. It is the perfect getaway. The lodges are spacious, clean and fully equipped. Lia on reception has been amazing. Always accommodating us and greeting us with a warm welcome. The staff in the Quicken Tree are also amazing and I couldn’t fault any of the food we ate in there. It’s also great value for money. We can’t wait to return"

"This is a great hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the Coventry Arena. It’s a 15 minute car drive away or an approximately 45 minute walk. The hotel has plenty of parking. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"Nice stay. Given a room upgrade on arrival which was much appreciated. Great to have a fridge and kitchen amenities. Only thing we could criticise was the blanket on the bed (not the duvet, so at least it could be just put to one side) had white stains on it. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean. Staff were all friendly. Would use again."
