"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "

"Amazing hotel. We came for the weekend for an event at the NEC and we were so happy we booked this place. Not only was the place itself lovely, but the staff also showed the same loveliness. We were also surprised that there was a complementary shuttlebus that took us to and from the NEC building, at different times throughout the day and evening (Around every 30-60 mins depending) The food was also lovely and much appreciated. "Lovely hotel, lovely stylish rooms and clean. Really nice complex. We had some drinks and snacks at the teepee bar which gorgeous views. The food at breakfast was delicious and great value too. We stayed here as we needed easy access to the NEC…really easy and about £12 in a taxi. Would recommend "
