"They don’t do refunds just something to be aware of. I lost $400 bc my plans changed- even when I protected my stay and Hotels.com did not reimburse me either. Otherwise location is excellent- get a River view- it was a highlight of our 24-hour stay- bar drink are like $20 a piece just a heads up. They also charge a $30 fee for just being there in the hotel. Super close to Chicago theatre- 2 minute walk, which was amazing since we were going there. "

"Spent our first night ever at the St. Regis! We are hooked! Absolutely perfect location, breathtaking views, incredibly elegant building and decor. The staff is top notch, always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the two restaurants there are Amazing! MIRU and Tre Dita. The river walk is just outside the front door and Millennium park is just around the corner! It’s a vacation in itself!"
