"Excellent location! Everything is a walkable distance such as the Bean! The ice rink! Shopping on Michigan Ave, Starbucks, souvenir shops! Etc. The river view suite is breathtaking. We had floor to cieling windows. The staff was helpful upon arrival. Mark and Allen helped us all weekend with our stay. The room was spotless clean, beds very comfortable. We will be returning guests!! And if you are looking to book, do it! No regrets! "

"Great spot to access Restaurants, Bars, and many attractions. Nice walk to Millennium Park, the Waterfront, and the Museum. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere with exception of taking an Uber to and from The United Center for a concert. "

"We had the BEST TIME here! PERFECT LOCATION if you’re not renting a car. We walked everywhere and took Ubers when needed to certain museums. Hot breakfast every morning was clutch. The gym was small but great with the equipment it had. Holloway’s bar served delicious cocktails. The front desk staff was super kind and accommodating. "Walked to Millers Pub for Tom and Jerry’s, went to the Kringle market and rode the train to Wrigley felt very safe in the area. Room was clean and beautiful and you could feel the history of the hotel as soon as you walked in will definitely be staying again!!!!"

"Spent our first night ever at the St. Regis! We are hooked! Absolutely perfect location, breathtaking views, incredibly elegant building and decor. The staff is top notch, always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the two restaurants there are Amazing! MIRU and Tre Dita. The river walk is just outside the front door and Millennium park is just around the corner! It’s a vacation in itself!"

"Hotel is located in a great spot close to Solider Field, Aquarium, Chinatown, and a short walk to the magnificent mile. Easy access via CTA Rail as well. Hotel was in beautiful shape. Lobby, elevators, pool, workout room, etc were clean and updated. Rooms were good size and upper floors provided some nice views. Was quiet, clean, and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the Chicago area."
