"It's an older building and the elevators tell you so. It's well maintained and very clean. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but it had all we needed to sleep and get ready for day activities. It's the location! Right on the magnificent mile. You can easily walk or catch mass transit to enjoy the sites. Lots of restaurants to choose from, even one in the hotel. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. When going to visit family again in Chicago, I would stay at Hotel Saint Claire...

"The property was great, the room was awesome! The "Stay One Chicago" is really just a name on paper, and maybe one employee who is physically at the property. I am pretty sure that he wasn't even directly employed by the "hotel". So in a nutshell, the organization has not worked out any kind of structure for checking in other than the guy that told us to download the Door, OR the Latch app. He said that the app is very difficult to get logged into. Long story made short, we wasted the 1st 2...

"Older hotel with the charm of an older one. The staff was fantastic and the area was close to Wrigley field. Good restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance of Wrigley and the light rail. I would definitely stay here again and I hope I get the opportunity to do so"
