"We were upgraded on arrival to a studio and it was amazing! Good size, great bathroom, quiet and felt like utter luxury. I even got complimentary bubbles and posh fruit jellies in my room for my birthday. I felt utterly spoilt and the staff were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. "What a great stay! The hotel is stylish and imaginative, with wonderful little extras, like a glass of wine when you check in and a coffee when you check out. The staff are kind, the rooms have deliciously soft beds and great lighting, and the breakfast was superb restaurant-quality food. This is the best London hotel I've ever experienced. Also, the area is fantastic, full of interesting restaurants and shops, with fun little alleys to explore, yet right by Liverpool St Station. Brilliant!"

"This is one of my favorite London hotels. I love their breakfast, they are right across from the Tower of London and SO close to the Tower Hill tube stop. Tower Hill is a great neighborhood… a little out of the downtown area with some lovely pubs and very walkable to my favorite spots."

"What a great find! The staff were fabulous: professional, helpful, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast too, a very comfortable room and the luxury of a bath and separate shower. The bar area was lovely too and we enjoyed the ambience there after our meal out. Highly recommended and will most definitely return. Close proximity to Guildhall art gallery too - a new find for me complete with Roman Amphitheatre. "

"First time in a HYATT owned hotel, location is great, staff (especially restaurant manager Daria and receptionist Kaylan are outstanding) is really good and friendly and made my trip awesome and feel myself welcomed. It’s LGBTQIA+ friendly. 😊 Rooms are nice, tv and shower doors could be more modern. It is a bit poorly soundproofed which at least at 6th floor should be fixed imho. Breakfast with good coffee and omelets + vegetarian/vegan options. Didn’t use the gym but it’s opened 24/7 I...
