Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful. There are many boutique hotels in London but At Sloane definitely stands out! "

"The Ampersand is in the perfect location if you want to stay in South Kensington. It’s literally across the street from the underground station and very close to great museums, restaurants, etc. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they left him a lovely selection of delicious chocolates. Amenities were also very nice in our room and we will definitely stay again next time we are in London. "

"Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that. Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed.
