"Originally I booked a room with 2 separate beds but they "upgraded" to a room with a private bathroom but only one bed. So they gave a free dorm room to my friend, which was helpful. Then I booked to go in a dorm, but I couldn't climb the ladder, so they gave me a private room instead for a few nights which was great! The cat Horchata is super cute, also the staff are really amazing & do anything for the guests, especially Alan :))))"

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara."

The staff were so helpful and kind with anything that we asked for including arranging a ride to the airport. I also took advantage of the spa services for a facial that was provided in our room.
