"Rooms were clean and as advertised. Staff was friendly and good humoured as we tried to converse in our rusty Spanish. Great pool and restaurant. Only drawback might be the nightly Zapotec buses' music. But it wouldn't deter us from coming again. Great location close to the beach too!"

"We had a day and a half to spend in the area before flying out. The hotel was average. It was clean and had hot water. The pool is clean and refreshing and positioned to be half shaded. Staff are friendly and communication was good despite my poor spanish. We were able to get a late checkout for a half day rate, which was appreciated. "This is a very good hotel within the context of the area and price. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room and lobby were maintained spotless and beds comfortable. There are good restaurants in walkable distance. The zocalo is a few blocks away and there is a great natural foods restaurant nearby called La Botanica, a nice surprise among teaditional.fare. taxi is required to ger ro the beaches but the price is very affordable. "

"This hotel is very basic. There was not 24hr coverage from reception and the gate to the street didn’t lock. My room was on the first floor with just a flimsy lock on the door knob, and a Hollis door. It did not feel secure and I was disappointed by that. Clean tho, friendly staff when you could find them. "It looks like that Orbitz made a mistake: I reserved a room for 2 persons with 2 beds, and in the confirmation e-mail they sent me the information with the picture of that room. However, the hotel said that Orbitz sent them a room with one bed, which is so tiny; dont have that room. After half an hour discussion, we got our room. Otherwise the hotel was good/basic, updated with a strong aircondition."

Location is great: few blocks from the center, but away enough to be peaceful. Convenient store across the street. Overall great value for the money. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season.
