Our room was very clean (no bugs!) and the linens were fresh. We appreciated overall quietness of the hotel, one night there was a disturbance out on the street but it was handled quickly. For being a dated building with smaller rooms, this felt like an excellent option for last second travelers on a budget. Very close to Waikiki, piles of restaurants...
