"The Sheraton has great grounds, is a beautiful hotel, easy beach access, small waves, turtles right off the beach, good food, a decent small shop for snacks, etc., good live music outside in the evening (happy hour timeframe), a boardwalk that allows you to walk south along the beach for access to other places, including whale watching tours, etc. Our friends recommended it to us and we will recommend it to our family and friends!"

"We have stayed here five times. It's a lovely, small resort in one of the best locations on Maui. Quiet, beautiful beach, lovely property, it's not the fanciest place, but it is wonderful. Walking distance via the Beach Walk to Whaler's Village and the other large resort areas around Black Rock. A quick drive to Lahaina harbor area and about 15 minutes up to Kapalua. "This is a great resort to stay, the amenities are nice with several pools, jacuzzi , Dukes restaurant on the beach. Rooms are spacious and fully furnished including cooking supplies , washer and dryer and a nice balcony. It's conveniently located in Kaanapali with several walking locations to visit if you want to go on a beautiful walk alongside the beach "
