"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Hot Springs, only a mile or so from the National Park. The rooms are in great condition & newly renovated. The price was reasonable & includes free parking & wifi. They offer a SmartTV with streaming apps. There's no staff on-site, but the gate access & self check-in were very easy."

"Our stay (motorcycle trip to Hot Springs) was wonderful. All hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was great and the ladies in the breakfast area were super nice. Plenty of Hot Coffee all morning. Our room was great and clean. I love the old school motel style and will stay there again next time we are in Hot Springs."

That place is always spotless and they just updated the carpet (not that it is a reason I stay but it shows a constant action to be better). "
