The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. "We were not able to stay here. The host was unavailable and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this to any one. We ended up get a different to stay after checking 4 other place. Last at night and very stressful after a long day of driving. I would like to request that I be refunded for the total amount I paid"

"It was very pleasant and enjoyable. Our host was exceptional, she actually came and picked us up and took us to the hotel. And in the morning she took us back to the train station which is where we pick up the ferry. Absolutely unbelievable. Nothing to say but very very good things. An exceptional stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "
