"Receptionists were informative and very polite. Marco was particularly warm and engaging and helpful. Building was worn but it is Rome. Room was very clean. Bed mattress was comfortable. Metro stop was walkable and convenient to use to get to tourist sites. The hearth hotel is almost directly across the street to entrance of Vatican museum. St. Peter’s bacilica entrance is a short walk. "

"First time visitor to Rome (and Italy) before we set-off we set-up WhatsApp to communicate which was very helpful! Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from Vatican City, we took a taxi into Rome for €15. Emilia and Fabrizio were great hosts who met us there and were also available to message anytime. There is a shared kitchen well stocked with breakfast foods and a coffee machine but the chocolate breakfast croissants was unbelievable! They even allowed us keep our bags there...
