"I called and texted multiple times for access to the room, as it states you have to reach out for information before check in. Nobody ever answered. I showed up to check in and nobody was there. "

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"Staff was always friendly, helpful. Could store our luggage before check in and after check out! Breakfast is more than anything, though the room is quite small. Everything was clean and the room was nice also not noisy as most rooms in Manhattan! The Path Train is right outside the front door so the way to NYC was perfect. Would definitely come again! "My room was great with a really comfortable bed! Loved the long, soft pillows. The cooked breakfast was really nice as well. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute ride from the airport but there’s a free hotel shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. I would definitely stay there again when traveling through Newark airport."
