Very accessible to Shin Osaka St, they had free and ontime-scheduled shuttle service from and to Shin Osaka St., starting 7am until 9.30pm (if i m not mistaken). "We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "

"It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended. "

"We booked two of the family lofts and they were a very good size compared to other hotels in the area. Juso station is very well connected for the Hankyu line, since all trains stop at Juso. We were able to get directly to Kyoto and Kobe without transferring. Transfer is required to get downtown Osaka but overall well situated. "
