"Hampton Inn in our opinion surpasses all! This one is an older one so starting to show some wear - though the quality of service is still there! Breakfast even had fresh fruit, and tangerines!!! Smooth in and out. "

"The staff was amazing!!! Room was great (except really hard to flush toilet and main door slammed). Breakfast was yummy (no napkins/paper towels tho). Also our floors ice machine didn't work. We were in town for a tournament and all hotels were booked in the area. Not sure they were ready but the trim was so nice and the staff was always kind, understanding, joyful, and helpful. One of the best staff ever!"

"This hotel is very dated. The halls are dark, with lights turned all diffident directions. My room had 4 lamps, none of which matched any other lamp in the room. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. Everything in the room looked like it was from the very early 2000’s. Not worthy of the TownPlace or the Marriott names. Staff was very friendly and polite."

"This hotel was certainly adequate for our purposes. The staff were polite, the beds were comfortable enough, and the room was quiet, which was most important for us. The room smelled strongly of marijuana throughout our stay, and the paint job around doors/edges was very sloppy, but that didn’t affect the stay. The mini fridge was bigger than most hotels have, which was convenient. If some minor cosmetic updates were made, this would be an excellent, not just adequate, place to stay."

"Adequate budget motel. Clean bed and bathroom. This is not the Hilton :) We just stayed for one night before the Baton Rouge marathon. No regrets, I would gladly return. Our initial room did not have functioning heating, we promptly got a new room. Lobby attendant was helpful and polite. They appear ready for some serious remodeling, as there are piles of construction materials everywhere."
