"The room and property were clean and well kept. They seem do be doing there best with the construction affecting check in and the front of the hotel. Room was good, but dated, some age and damage showing on the future. The lighting was very low, controlled at each lamp instead of individual switches. All of this is nit-picking, but our expectations of a double tree property are high. We would stay here again."

Good central location in a pretty part of Dallas. Love the art installations in this hotel too! Beautiful wall mosaic spans the length of the outdoor restaurant- great place for breakfast or happy hour"

"Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient. "
