"Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient. "

"This hotel is always on our list to return too when we are in the area. Especially if there is a concert at the Ballroom. Its just a few mins walk from there. Also, the food the hotel offers is pretty good. Win win all around. "

"Staff was great. Hotel should be closed while they renovate. No common area to sit while you wait. People outside your window hammering on the facade starting at 8am. Should have been notified by Expedia before I booked it. Didn’t get a notification until a few days prior. The hotel should have offered free something to put up with all the chaos. Perhaps in a year it will be a great place but avoid it if you can until they finish."

"The property was as shown in the listing. Very pet friendly as well as business friendly. It was in an excellent location-market, grocery store, salon, restaurants, coffee shop and massage therapist within 1 mile (easy walk). Beautiful park around the corner 2 blocks away. The onsite laundry was convenient to have since i was there for a month. I do have some suggestions I will follow up directly with the property on. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"We really did not use any of the extras. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very surprising. Very spacious, full-size refrigerator, two burner cook top, a few dishes, could have stayed there a whole week comfortably and not had to go out for every meal. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who would like to stay in Dallas. "

"Great location, walking distance to great food and nearby attractions. Bus stop just down from hotel. Hotel itself is great, room was massive! Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cooked food options including oatmeal and continental options. You could even make your own waffles or have bagels. Fresh fruit and yogurt available too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!!"
