It's thoroughly renovated (at least our room) from a historic building, saving many of its charms like a huge ceiling to floor door and big windows, old fashioned lock, high ceiling, and period furniture, but also adding modern conveniences like a huge walk-in shower, nice a/c, etc. It's clean as can be, and you get a bottle of wine from Spain at check-in (!), perhaps due to the colonial influence.
