"Better than expected. Huge room with walk in closet and separate living room. Great service from Nekaya at the front desk and Fren/Fran? in housekeeping. Attached restaurant has great coffee and food. Views are amazing (ask to face water and UPenn. Attached parking garage where rates are just ok. Amenities are the highlight with a gorgeous huge resort style pool, outdoor lounge area with fire pit, gym and cinema."

Rooms are fine, but we did have to ask them 3 times times over a 24 hour period to fill up our body wash in the room- we had nothing in there. They did eventually do it after another call. Front desk staff was super friendly. A lot of nonsense goes on right outside the hotel, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Beds slept well and even on a Saturday night it wasn't too loud in our room."

The location was VERY central for walking to everything; visiting the Mütter museum, Eastern State penitentiary, Reading Terminal market, Chinatown….. our dogs stayed for free, and our 9th floor room was extremely roomy, with a large storage room at entry we didn’t use, another large room with hangers for luggage, etc, plus an alcove of a makeup area with good...

"This location is great for the Historical District in Philly. We were within a short walk everywhere! Rooms need an update but they are clean and super LARGE!! Good overall value for our money. Just take your extra travel precautions with you. My husband was out near 4th street and witnessed a mugging in progress! A short uber ride can take you to the Rittenhouse square, where all the fabulous restaurants are at!! Staff at reception could use a refresher course in courtesy so don’t expect to be...
