"The unit was remodeled. Felt cozy, clean and modern. Very close to beach. It was all we needed. There was a cable issue that wasbresolved in 24 hrs and partial refund issued fornthe inconvenience. Definitely a nice place to stay and enjoyyed our 2 nights. Easy access to food, grocery and the beach. No complaints. "

"Bathroom is VERY small, as in, no counter space for a girl’s toiletries and makeup!! The outlet in our bathroom was a little hinky, so I was careful to watch with my hair dryer, so there would be no fire. The room itself was good!!"

"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

The door was locked at 10:01 So we could not put p. pass on fridge We enjoyed our vacation and would come back."

"What I liked about the property was the easy access to the beach and the pool was nice. The condo setup and decoration was very nice. What I didn't like was that maintenance was on the balcony during check-in and then came back early Saturday morning to continue working on the balcony, which we never got a chance to sit outside and experience. Also, there were supposed to be 2 parking passes, however, when I checked in there was only 1. I contacted customer service and they had someone...

"We had a lovely time at the Avista resort hotel. Our room was very clean and we had a great ocean view. The pool area was good for children and adults with two pools and a lazy river. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Some parts of the resort needed a little repair but overall our stay was very pleasant. "
