"The rooms are adequate but not a nice as the pictures. The owners have a language barrier, but they are rude. There hot water is out and they just say sorry no parts available in town. This is something that should be addressed up front before letting people stay here. No one wants a cold shower. Even when you book your rooms they continue to knock and wake you to see if you are staying. I know I should go somewhere else but I’m working at night and it’s hard to just up and move during my sleep...

"Comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly staff and good customer service. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff were excellent. Location was perfect to downtown and easy access to highway. I would stay again on my next trip to Sioux City."
