"The property is very nice, with a homey feel to it.
The problem is the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff. I booked through Experia four nights and told the hotel that I would need to shorten the stay to 3 nights. Thay said they were not able to make the change because the booking was through Expedia. Expedia has been trying for three days to contact the hotel, both by telephone and by their own internal messaging, but the hotel has not responded at all. The hotel did not respond to...

"We stayed 4 nights in a room with a king size bed, in-room safe, living room with desk and chair, refrigerator and nice large bathroom. The breakfast was in the restaurant onsite and it was very good - lots of options of hot, cold and healthy too. Very friendly staff. A short walk to the main Plaza San Martin, Cathedral, etc. Great location to see a lot of the main sights on foot, good public transportation on the buses (buy a SUBE card) and great restaurants around the area."

"This apartment was amazing! It was so spacious and comfortable, I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat!! The huge balcony was unreal — if you’re traveling with friends or family, you will absolutely feel like you’ll have so much space available.
I loved the restaurants and shops in the area, as well as plenty of grocery stores to stock up on drinks and snacks. Walking around to explore the city is really convenient as this place is centrally located. "

"Accomodation seems to be sold. Safes didn't work. There was no Key to unlock safes so can use them. Arcondition doesn't work, 32 grades outsite insite hotter. Skip this hotel from Expedia. We didn't expected a five star accomodation. We expect good bed, bathroom, safe and good klimate.
In Rosario we had a look a like accomodation, Roberta Rosa de la Fontana suites that was top"
