"After check in time, owner said they were changing the date of the reservation. When we indicated we were unable to stay on the new date, we received no further communication. No information on how to check in, no discussion period. Owner only responded when Hotel support called. Would not refund deposit even though they made the change to the reservation."

"We went to stay here but something inside of me said to call and check if they had my reservation and they did not pick up the phone for two weeks till I sent them a text message asking that’s when they informed us that they had closed for the season. I do not regimented booking with them at all. Very disappointed. I did not find out they were closed till 24hours before I was supposed to stay with them. "

"This is a nice room very close to the beach. It has a large pool, room is good size, great bed, and quiet. They provide beach chairs and parking. We arrived early and were able to enjoy the beach until our room was ready. The coffee I. The room was very good. I would recommend staying here. We also walked to many restaurants. And if you like walking/ running on the beach, it is the ideal spot. "

The room was spacious and very comfortable for myself and my two children. The beds were very comfortable also. The breakfast was very nice and had things my whole family enjoyed. "The staff was amazing, especially the front desk. This hotel has the chance to be amazing and live up to the IMG reputation. It's contemporary, minimalist style is on point, but execution on some things needs attention. For a spot which caters to athletes ... OMGoodness, tiny towels and just two of them (for two people). If you are going to have such small towels, you need to load up the room with them ... LOL. The wire and power plugs running from the wall inside a corner, in front of the air...
