Can’t beat this place for what it is: convenient, budget accommodation done well. Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits candle in reception, alongside sweets, lollipops and dog treats. A great little stay!"

"Very good experience overall. The staff were very helpful, for example providing a fridge for our baby's milk and helping sterilise his dummies. We had dinner in the lovely historic pub, very nice food. Would definitely stay here again."

"Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking. "

Sure, there could have been less limescale in the loo, and a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss, but the linen was spotless, the hospitality impeccable and the breakfast was the best I've eaten in over a decade! Plus, the beer was Shepherds Neame and was kept and poured beautifully. Definitely value for money! . "
