"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "

"Place felt like a boutique hotel without the price tag. Great location with lots of great food options nearby. Felt safe with key card needed to enter hotel, hallways and elevator. I would stay here again."

"It was a good stay! Check in was a breeze!!! Hotel front reception check in was very helpful and funny. Just make sure the card you used for booking matches the name under the booking!!"

"This place was very beautiful and we felt very secure with the lobby door only opening with your access key card or the receptionist opening it for you. Their valet was also very helpful, you just have to leave it parked in front of the hotel without blocking the bike lane and let the receptionist know you want valet parking. They are so helpful."
