"This small, family-run hotel is very good value in a relatively expensive neighborhood. Convenient location near downtown Kirkland and not a long drive to the highway entrance, less than a block to a full-size grocery store, etc. Comfortable room. Interior hallways. Elevator. Courteous staff. You should be aware that the reception and housekeeping is effectively "remote", and there is no daily room service, which I didn't mind; you just need to ask for coffee refills, etc. I prefer not to pay...
