Only little disappointment was we never saw anyone from the property after initial checkin so no one to ask questions or advice. I believe they have two locations in town so that may be the reason."

"I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"mooi gelegen, supervriendelijke medewerkers, vooral achter de receptie. Enige aandachtspunt is dat het handig zou zijn als de douche wat meer afgesloten zou zijn, zodat niet de halve badkamer kletsnat wordt. De douche is wel heel erg fijn overigens!"
