"We booked a double room. However, two days before our scheduled stay, we received an e-mail offering us a free upgrade to a studio, with a full kitchen. We gratefully accepted. The property was delightful, and gave us the opportunity to shop locally, and cater for ourselves. There was parking right outside the door, and the local village was delightful. Recommended without reservation."

"Bar with Men, people smoking and playing pool. Police came to ask someone to leave, as they had overstayed their welcome. Nicely remodeled. Bathroom was especially well done. Bunch of older local people were regulars. Close to falls. Impression that it was recently converted from a rooming house style place above a bar."

"Basic room, I was on the 3rd floor so noises from the bar were minimum. The toilet and shower were clean. I didn't like the pillow, too flat, but i had 2 as i was in a double room ( it seems those are the type of pillows they use here based in previous experience) "

"What can you say about a Holiday Inn they are all the same all around the world to there high stanards. As they say what you see is what you get. There is a brillant pub/restaurant no more than 150 pace away behind with a nice beer garden for food as well."

"No signs that guide to the parking. And quite complicated to get to the Brera parking. Two gates and two tickets required. My parents also stayed here and somehow got a single room during check in. That's annoying when there is no one on site to help fix that. Bathroom somehow smelled like smoke. Rooms otherwise clean and simple. Cannot comment on the "Serviced" part. Room was not cleaned in two days. Which is OK. I think overall would not recommend. "

"We stayed here after visiting the Rhinefalls. It is a cute town. Breakfast was lovely and included in the cost of our stay. It was substantial and set us up for a good lot of exploring for our next days travel. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Jaqueline was such a great host. Smooth self checkin process. This place is great. Amazing free breakfast. Only thing I wished if there was a direct view to the river was there, but that is not the case. River is only 5 mins walk. Overall great experience and I recommend 👍"

"Clean big room , we had some chocolates and water as a welcome gifts. I liked their hospitability and attention to details, cool location close to Germany and 20 min to Zurich airport , helpful staff , I will go back again and recommend this hotel. Did not had breakfast or other meals so I dont know their food quality but overall my stay was 5/5. Thank you Riverside team :)"
