"Great location with a beautiful view. The host is very kind, helpful, and personally involved. However, the price is a bit high for what’s offered. The photos didn’t fully match the actual place, and some amenities need improvement—like the bedding, missing microwave, faulty kettle, and washing machine. The host responded quickly and promised to replace the washing machine."

"The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also good. The only downside is that you need a taxi to go anywhere in the city since the hotel is located a bit far from the main square and in a mostly warehouse/industrial district. "

"My stay at Turkler was great. The staff were welcoming and lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had few options to choose from which was good. Our room faced the street, and on a few occasions, we could hear traffic at night. I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or one facing the courtyard for a quieter experience."

"I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again. "
