"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "

"Lovely quiet place to stay not far from Amsterdam, and an appealing little area surrounding. The area literally smells like chocolate due to the factory! Short 5 minute walk and you’re at the windmills of Zaanse Schans and various educational places regarding the areas history. Really lovely rooms, the patio was lovely to have access too! Only issue was noisy people in a room above, but the staff were quick attend to this, they also offered a room change should we want to, which we didn’t do in...

"The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good."
