"Exquisite Hotel in a perfect location almos! Hidden on a quiet street, yet only 5 min to the Duomo and city center. The rooms are all different and impressive in their own right. If you want a bit of historic art, request the one with the original frescos! Best of all was Dario, who took the time to give us (and write down) all top choices of museum, restaurant, gelato and shopping in the city. He couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I will 100% stay here again in the future. "

"This place was great! Pretty centrally located for all the tours, about a 15 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. Staff was excellent! So helpful wherever I needed help or just had questions about Florence. Nice little breakfast area so you can have coffee and a baked good. Only downside was no elevator and it’s on the third floor so there’s stairs but what can you expect from a build built in the 1600s. If I ever come back this will be the hotel for me"

"The location of the flat is very nice. Not directly in the city center but we could explore the majority of the city by foot. The flat itself has issues. Many thinks are slightly broken or missing. Communication worked but could have been more proactive and detailed. We only stayed for one night and I’m happy about it."
