"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'accès est assez simple et le propriétaire très pédagogue. Niveau propreté, les femmes de ménage font un superbe travail ! Je recommande sincèrement ce lieu. Seul problématique que je peux souligner, c'est que nous ne pouvons pas manger à l'intérieur. Certainement des abus par le passé qui malheureusement impact même ce qui respecterait le lieu. "The hotel is well tended, the staff well trained, and very willing to assist travelers enjoy a fantastic experience in Milan. My room was large, very comfortable, and set up nicely, with plenty of amenities available. The hotel is a little hidden, but getting around, walking to sites, and taxi services, posed little or no challenges. The hotel will be a first choice when I return to Milan."

"There was no ventilation fan. The room was clean but the shower room was a little old. We had a quiet night. There were times when the communication was poor. It takes 15 minutes from the nearest station, but there are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, so it's convenient."

"Hotel is relatively new. Was visiting relatives so very convenient. Is a 15 min walk to metro and 20 mins to Cathedral. There is a Eurocity supermarket 2 doors along, McDonald’s a block away along with some restaurants and other supermarkets. Caught taxi to central station about a half hour drive . Would stay again."

Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong.
