"Cleaning up requests wasn't quite at par with expectations of a 4-star Japanese hotel. Dust accumulation under the bed and bedside tables were surprising - as if the room wasn't vacuumed for years. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable dakedo dusty, and gave me a runny nose. Overall, we had a great time and the staff were all too happy to help us out. Our initial room had a water leak and they moved us to a bigger room for safety reasons (slip trip and fall). Breakfast buffet was quite good...

"A very nice hotel with modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds, an amazing view (we were on 17th floor), and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel was a quick taxi from the train station and one can easily walk to the botanical gardens and Odori Park as well as to the subway & streetcar. This was the best hotel we stayed during our 18-day trip through Tokyo-Tohoku-Hokkaido."
