" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . "Having booked thro’ Expedia in good time to have a smooth pilgrimage, and having paid for to avoid inconvenience of carrying cash, the hotel owner didn’t honour the booking leaving me in a lurch and find alternative accommodation causing lot of inconvenience and hassle. Beware of such rogue hoteliers."
