"Very nicely welcomed, stayed in room 101, a small suite in the heritage building and everything at 5 star level. Food and drinks was good and serving far above normal Indian level. Only small complaint is that every time we got into our room in the afternoon to take a shower -just after having taking off the clothes off - someone rang the doorbell and asked if we were nereding anything. "They provided Extra Cot without any surcharge which speaks volume about your good service. My Parents liked the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Morning Breakfast was excellent. we had to go nearby and on the day it was raining heavily, they provided umbrella too without any deposit. Highly recommend to people who wants to stay at reasonable rate in the expensive neighborhood. "

"The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."
