Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. Otherwise, everything perfect!"

"Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes. Staff told us different things about the hotel policy: one said we had been placed on a smoking floor and another said the hotel is smoke free. Our problem was only fixed the...
