"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. "Very warm welcome at this family run business surrounded by plush jungle with free roaming roosters, cats, hummingbirds... and the little family dog. Basic but very clean rooms with a nice view at the valley of Wotten Waven. Neighborhood might bother some people considering noise but it's the carribean, so it's lively and you should bear that in mind. You can easily walk from the hotel to the famous natural hot sulphur pools (next one about 3 mins) and to the Trafalgar Falls (30 mins, hilly)....
