"By arrival our room was not properly ready had only 1 towel. Had to ask many times for extra towels where clearly our reservation was for 3 persons. Needs a lot of improvement on this matter. Other then that felt save not noisy. Might need still to improve on other stuff."

"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! "
