It’s a big difference compared to the large chain hotels in the city I’m used to visiting. They provided great service and it was safe and beautiful there. I’d definitely return. "

"The hotel is located far from the Main Street and we depends 100% on the staff. They are good but very slow. Pay with card it is a problem a electricity supposed to stop at 8 am and come back at noon or so... the room is clean and comfortable. No air conditioners. "

"Habia una cucaracha en mi habitación y la señorita queria prestarme una escoba y recojedor para sacarla, siendo que era su responsabilidad, luego en la cama y en el piso habia no se si eran hormigas o pulgas, el baño super reducido no podias ni sentarte me tuve que sentar de lado, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, terrible les recomiendo no hospedarse aqui"

"Budget hotel in the city center. Located on pedestrian street with several restaurants and cafes and shops. Good location if you want to travel around the region. The buses stop couple of blocks away from the hotel but easy transport options. Plenty of police presence in night so it’s safe. Hotel can sometimes be noisy but I found it ok for the price. Comfy bed, decent shower and a huge tv. A small fan to beat the heat. Staff is friendly "

We enjoyed our daily breakfast of fruit, eggs and arepas with cheese (other options are available as well). Great place for families. Very close to Parque del Cafe. Family rooms are spacious. "The hotel is very well located right next to the main plaza, with lot's of options for dining and shopping at walking distance. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was in a so-so shape, yet the beds were clean and the room served it's purpose. the location may not be the nicest location to walk late at night due to being very quiet after 10pm. In general the hotel was great for the value and served the purpose as a resting place in between all the activities surrounding the area."
