"I have booked for 2 Quad rooms and a 6 pax family room. My family and I had a comfort stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and hotel provide breakfast coupon for us which the breakfast is tasty and variaties of choices. The rooms are clean and spacial. Easy food hunting within a 5 mins walking distance though it is located at small street. Will choose to stay here again if I had a chance back to Puli."

"The hotel is easy to find (but a bit tucked away in a residential area) and easy to reach by bus. It's very clean and spacious. If you come by tourist shuttle, take the Veteran's Hospital bus stop. You can easily go from here to Sun Moon Lake. There's a night market nearby, and a spacious Macdonald's with very enjoyable music. The friendly reception desk person did not speak English but we were able to communicate through Google Translate."

"This is a warm and cozy castle. Facilities and appliances are well selected and full of details. The breakfast is great and the whole atmosphere is very friendly and well managed. We stated in a family room with pitch roof and facing the hill side, it was quite and feel absolutely no disturbance from traffic nor visitor. "

"The castle is incredibly eye-catching. Staying in this castle makes my daughters feel like they are real princesses. The environment is clean and beautiful, with fountain, statues, flowers, ducks, etc. You may easily spend more than an hour in the castle and garden just to take photos. Staff members there are friendly and nice. Surely I will stay there again if I visit TC next time."
