"Look it's an older property so you're obviously going to run into some imperfections, but that's also why you're going to save some bug money too. Anything outside of reasonably repairable is going to be imperfect but the property is being maintained and maintained at a level most other properties aren't living up to so kudos where they belong. Tiffany and the team dona terrific job keeping their little spot as safe as possible and it's noticed. It's an overall terrific little spot."

"The people who work here are what shines here. They are so kind and helpful. I called down because i wanted an extra chair for my grandson and they were up in minutes! I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. The location was perfect! The bed was cozy! This is a great place to stay! "

"This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

"It was a clean room no microwave or fridge so don’t expect to be able to heat any food up or have cold drinks unless you got a cooler with ice. Overall it was a pleasant stay the tv channels were a little choppy in signal but still was able to watch tv. The pool was nice and clean small but it was still a nice cool off activity for the Phoenix heat."
