"The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. The property looked regal and it was a beautiful Oasis in the middle of the city. The breakfast buffet was good although not as extensive as some of the other hotels that we have been to. Nevertheless, it was good. The service was amazing. The service was amazing. The rooms were smaller than expected and a little outdated. But we continued to enjoy the property. Love the fact that they do not accept tips. This made the experience even more authentic...

"This is such a wonderful garden oasis in a great location in Bangalore. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and you're walking distance to a number of restaurants and malls and Cubbon park. Loved it here!"

"The room was very spacious for the price. The staff in general were very pleasant to deal with. Not sure why a security person sat outside, looking unkempt and yawing all day - unnecessary. Some of the taps in the shower needs fixing. The street leading to the hotel was all dug up. Seems like a Bangalore issue for ever, but otherwise a comfortable stay. "
