Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful. "The yard from where to enter was filthy and smelly. I got a dirty room on the 5 th floor no elevator ir fan/aircon in the stairway. You could smell the garbish from the yard even when closed the door and try put on the air-conditioning. While I'm walked in to the room can see cockroach onnthe floor and when saw one in my room I'll checked out. Tried to contact hotel about this but no answer. "
