"Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...

"The room was well layed out. It had small things that made life easier, such as the light switch types and locations and the mulitple charging stations. Breakfast was excellent for an included bonus. Entry using GPS was confusing but easy to overcome. Location was very convinient without being congested during most of the day."

"No shops nearby. Longhorn and Hooters. The mall is fairly close, wouldn't recommend to walk there."

"The room was fantastic, and the staff courteous. Regardless of being close to the interstate, the room was quiet. We asked for a room facing poolside, hoping that it would help, and we were accommodated. We also enjoyed walking across the sidewalk to get supper at the IHOP. The food was good and it was better than driving out to eat after a long day. Very convenient."

"Staff was okay. Temp was comfortable. I looked through the drawers for a tv channel guide and found a clear plastic bag with some poop soaked underwear and a poopie blanked stuffed into it. Disgusting!!! And there were roaches, 5 that I counted."
